Bleaching
At Kamal Textile Mills (Pvt.) Ltd., we take pride in achieving unparalleled purity in fabric preparation. Technically, we excel in continuous open-width bleaching with advanced systems designed to deliver consistent whiteness while preserving fabric integrity. Our processes utilize eco-friendly and internationally certified chemicals, ensuring optimal performance without compromising sustainability.
Dyeing
At Kamal Textile Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. we constantly endeavor to create new colors from the soft whiteness of the morning hues and subtle shades of pastel sky, to the rich vibrancy of the flame of the forest and deepest blends of the midnight blues.
Technically, we are capable of pigment, reactive, Vat, of international standards on our continuous open width dyeing thromosol range. DATA color systems support color batch preparations. Shade variance kept under control using Spectro Photo Meters.
Printing
Through a specially trained staff of professional designers and our state of the art computerized designing CAD stations we are able to create and modify our creations as well as designs provided by our customers. Our two digital laser engravers enable us to produce high resolution designs.
Three Reggiani Rotary Printing Machines are installed, available width 3200 mm each up to 14 colors.
2 Sampling Marching are available for design development, available width 3200 mm.
Brand New State of Art Flat Bed Reggiani Machine, available width 3200 mm.
Finishing
Kamal Textile Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. has a range of excellent stentering machines from Reggiani – Italy and Monforts – Germany with fully automatic controls. These can be used for batching and finishing of fabric having Mahlo weft straighter at entry and exit points to avoid bowing and skew ness. Machines are equipped with Infra Red which helps in pigment dyeing in pastel and medium shades.
We have got extensive calendaring equipment including latest “Nipco Bowls” as well as wide width Sanforising machine. Width the help of skilled officials we can best finish as:
